  Terrible, unprofessional customer service. Do not come near this place if you are looking for a beauty salon.
  My eyelash extensions looked terrible, extra long, sparse, puffy lids, irritated eyes. If you don't mind young children playing on phones next to where your treatment is happening and unattentive therapists then give them a go.
  Boss lady is especially rude and not a very sincere apology given, no thorough consultation given prior to treatment, no explanation during treatment, no check in if you are comfortable, just wham, bam, thank you mam! You are told by boss lady "beauty is pain", as you have tears rolling down your face as you are trying to open your eyes to look at the terrible eyelash extensions. Used a groupon voucher to pay for discounted service, you are definitely made to feel that this is what you paid for. Would not highly recommend Aspyn Beauty, Redbank Town Square to anyone ever.

  Horrific hair experience. Bleach was applied twice to my hair without any colour brush or salon equipment and was never washed out with shampoo nor was conditioner used. My hair was fried, still had bleach in it, my scalp was blistered and the colour was orange. I went to another salon in tears and in pain and they did what they could advising that this was the work of an unqualified hairdresser. It took a week and alot of hassel to get this lady to refund me for her dodgy work. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Ive never seen or heard of anything quite like it. My hair and scalp is now completely damaged and ruined.
