  Its run by different ppl now who are very friendly and willing to help anyone. There is also a lottery counter in there as well. These bad reviews you are reading are for the previous owners.

  Worse customer service! A larger older woman served me, tried to quickly palm me off when I asked about posting dresses interstate & overseas using the 500g envelope bags that I usually use but could only be accessed from behind the counter via their staff at this store. Spoke to me condescendingly. I don't know if it's because no one in the area runs a online business but I will not be bringing my business to this post office again even though it's the closest one to me as I just moved into the area.
